Xzibit Drops ‘Everywhere I Go’ Single & Music Video Featuring Dem Jointz

Xzibit has unveiled the music video for “Everywhere I Go,” a dynamic collaboration with Grammy Award-winning producer Dem Jointz. The track is the latest single from his much-anticipated eighth studio album, Kingmaker, scheduled for release in February 2025 through an innovative partnership between X’s Open Bar Entertainment and UFC champion Conor McGregor‘s Greenback Records.

The release follows two earlier singles that demonstrate the album’s emotional range. “Play This at My Funeral” offers deeply personal insights. At the same time, “Been A Long Time Pt. 2” pays homage to the original “Been A Long Time,” which featured the late Nate Dogg and was crafted by West Coast architect DJ Battlecat.

During a revealing conversation with radio host Big Boy last year, Xzibit expressed particular pride in “Everywhere I Go,” ranking it among his finest work alongside “The Moment,” an unreleased collaboration featuring Busta Rhymes and Problem. The enthusiasm in his voice was palpable as he described his inability to stop listening to the finished track, crediting Dem Jointz’s production for elevating the song to new heights.

Perhaps most notably, Xzibit recently confirmed his reunion with Dr. Dre, the legendary producer who helped catalyze his mainstream breakthrough in the early 2000s. Xzibit’s recent social media exchange hinted at a collaboration that could recall their platinum-era partnership, which produced memorable albums such as Restless (2000) and Man vs. Machine (2002).
