Rising west coast artist MANi$H just dropped a new single, “Act Up”, featuring multi-platinum artist and former Dr. Dre protégé The Game.
The new track from MANi$H & The Game is a mob-style heater produced by Jelly Roll, the man behind songs from Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg (“On The Boulevard”), Xzibit (“Heart of Man”), Tha Eastsidaz (“Another Day”), and numerous others.
Additionally, MANi$H is involved with the upcoming Netflix film Tailored Made, and the accompanying soundtrack featuring Kokane, Kurupt, Suga Free, Cold187um of Above The Law, Tash of The Alkaholiks, and more, with production handled by Cutty Dre and Cold 187um.
MANi$H, born in Portland, Oregon but raised in California, has steadily been building up his presence through collaborating with various hip-hop and industry heavyweights like Ras Kass, King Los, Audio Push, and Kokane, while drawing inspiration from hip-hop legends like DJ Quik, Kokane, Suga Free, E-40, and Nipsey Hussle, to develop a unique sound blending hard-hitting beats, funky basslines, explicit lyrics, and crisp rhymes.
