Ice Cube & Too Short were recently the featured guests on the Top Billin’ podcast with host Bill Bellamy via Breakbeat Media and spoke on the early west coast hip-hop scene, gave west coast pioneer and multi-platinum producer DJ Quik his flowers and recognition for changing music with his first album Quik Is the Name, the importance of creating the Mount Westmore supergroup with Snoop Dogg and E-40, and when they each fell in love with hip-hop.

The two west coast icons also spoke to Bill Bellamy about touring together for over 30 years, how they came up with the “Mount Westmore” group name, and putting together an upcoming Mount Westmore movie, the Snoop, Cube, 40, $hort album’s changing themes throughout the project, and more.
