Pete Rock Discusses Clout-Chasing Ruining Hip-Hop, Mastering The SP-1200, Producing Common’s Upcoming Album + More With E-A-Ski

Hip-hop legend Pete Rock, known for his work with Heavy D and CL Smooth respectively, sat down with Grammy Award-winning, multi-platinum producer E-A-Ski to discuss how clout-chasing has ruined hip-hop, mastering the iconic E-mu SP-1200 drum machine and sampler, learning under the legendary Eddie F and his Untouchables Entertainment production camp, working on the new Common album, and more.
