DJ Muggs dropped the official Jason Goldwatch-directed music video for “Skeleton Bones”, featuring Rome Streetz, off the Soul Assassins 3: Death Valley release.
In a social media post, the legendary Cypress Hill producer had this to say about working with Rome Streetz, “First time I heard rome I said who’s that -that muthafucka can rap -then I met the brother and we got in the lab and I realized rome was different – he had lyrical talent of course and work ethic but he also had one of the most most important things to me after being a dope Mc – The intangibles –
The things you can’t see or touch because they are not physical an this is what separates a good artist from a great artist.”
Muggs recently released his 19-track Soul Assassins 3: Death Valley album, a project featuring songs like “Dump On ‘Em”, the Cypress Hill & N.W.A collab featuring B-Real, MC Ren, and Ice Cube, “Jokers Wild” featuring CeeLo of Goodie Mob / Gnarls Barkley, the Scarface & Freddie Gibbs collab “Street Made”, “Metropolis” with Method Man and Slick Rick, and “Check In” featuring Jay Worthy and Spanto to name a few.
