Tha Dogg Pound, the legendary west group of Daz Dillinger & Kurupt Young Gotti, are readying the release of the new single “Molly Whop”. The upcoming song is produced by Daz, Amplified, and Ivan Johnson, Sr., and is off the duo’s forthcoming Dogg Food 2 album.
During a press conference in Burbank, California last year, Kurupt confirmed he and Daz had the Dogg Food 2 album on the way.
Kurupt and Pomona, California legend Suga Free have a new collaboration coming with the ProHoeZak-produced single “Don’t Ask Me” via Penagon Entertainment.
The Dogg Pound legend has been a busy man over the last year dropping projects like the 7Ps: Tha Gotti Way compilation and collaborative album with C-Mob called Don’t Be Stupid. Young Gotti also made guest appearances on albums from MC Ren, Tha Chill, Daz Dillinger, Vinnie Paz, Bronze Nazareth, MC Eiht, and others.
Daz Dillinger recently released his 15-track album Dat Nigga Daz, featuring Kurupt, Amplified, Ms. Momo, LT Hutton, and others.
Earlier this year, Daz and Lil Eazy-E, the son of Ruthless Records founder Eazy-E, dropped their collaborative album, The Legacy via Dogg Pound Records featuring RBX, Kokane, Kid Capri, with production from Tha Chill, Dae One, Amplified, and others.
Daz has been announcing several upcoming projects including The Locust Blocc Vol. 1, as well as a new collaboration he’s doing with multi-platinum producer Shorty B for a track entitled “The Difference Between Me & You, and a new N’Matez album with Kurupt, Lady of Rage, and RBX.
