DJ Battlecat, the multi-platinum producer for artists including Snoop Dogg, 2Pac, Xzibit, Tha Eastsidaz, Domino, Mount Westmore, and others, was recently the featured guest on the Dub C & CJ Mac Show to discuss the importance between the producer and artist, how he came up the “Battlecat”, working with A Lighter Shade Of Brown, B.O.X., and the late MC Trouble in his early production career, and his first big breakout record with the Bloods & Crips Bangin’ On Wax in 1993.
