Legendary west coast crooner Kokane just announced an upcoming R&B album entitled Buddy Long will be released later this year, around the same time as the forthcoming double-album Da Funk’n Adventures Of Dr. Kokanstine that is also releasing in 2023.
One of the hardest-working men in music, and the most featured artist in the world, Kokane has been dropping numerous music projects, videos, and singles lately including the Cutty Dre-produced teaser “Fly Swatter”, the We Have Returned project as A.O.G.F. [Architects of G-Funk] with Cold 187um, the “I’m Just Saying” music video, a collaboration album with Suga Free called Power of the P, and the “Rollin’ Fatties” official music video from the Da White Album to name a few.
