RBX Releases Trailer For Upcoming New Documentary “Surviving Tha Row: Past, Present, Future – The X Files”

January 16, 2023 By Chad Kiser

Long Beach, California emcee RBX recently announced an upcoming documentary entitled Surviving Tha Row: Past, Present, Future – The X Files, and he has just dropped the first trailer for the forthcoming Mario Thompson, Jr.-directed film.

“The Narrator” RBX, who has one of the most distinct voices in hip-hop, first appeared on the 1992 Dr. Dre solo debut album The Chronic on Death Row Records and was one the first artists to depart the iconic label. RBX was featured on “The Day the Niggaz Took Over”, “Lyrical Gangbang”, “High Powered”, “Stranded on Death Row” on the Dr. Dre solo, as well as “Serial Killa”, on Snoop Dogg‘s 1993 debut album Doggystyle.

After splitting from Death Row Records in 1994, RBX released his solo debut The RBX Files in 1995. Later reconciling with Dr. Dre, he appeared on the 1996 compilation Dr. Dre Presents… The Aftermath on the solo song “Blunt Time” with Roger Troutman and the group track “East Coast/West Coast Killaz” featuring B-Real, KRS-One, and Nas.

RBX would also appear on the classic Marshall Mathers LP with Eminem for “Remember Me”— which also featured Sticky Fingaz of Onyx, and was produced by Dr. Dre and Mel-Man.

RBX exclusively confirmed to Chad Kiser that the Surviving Tha Row: Past, Present, Future – The X Files documentary and the soundtrack is on the way saying he is going to have his, “Chin up Chest out ….. and push the line.!” with the new projects.

Check out the trailer for Surviving Tha Row: Past, Present, Future – The X Files below, and stay tuned for more information on this upcoming documentary and soundtrack coming from RBX.
