On November 19th, some of hip-hop’s most iconic and legendary artists will be headlining the Bobby Dee Presents – High Hopes Concert Series at the Toyota Arena in Ontario, California.
Ice Cube, Cypress Hill, Xzibit, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Warren G, The Dogg Pound, Method Man & Redman, Berner, Suga Free, and Baby Bash will all be performing at the Dr. Greenthumb-hosted concert.
Cypress Hill recently released their latest single “Crossroads”, which was written and recorded for the Cypress Hill: Insane in The Brain documentary. The new record is produced by DJ Muggs and mixed by Sam Kingston and Muggs.
Earlier this year, Ice Cube was on tour with the Mount Westmore supergroup of E-40, Too Short, and Snoop Dogg before they released their highly-anticipated group debut album Bad MF’s in June. Cube and the other members are gearing up for their next group album entitled Snoop, Cube, 40, Short, which will be released on December 9th.
Bone Thugs N Harmony was signed to Ruthless Records in late 1993, when they debuted with their EP Creepin on ah Come Up. The EP included their breakout hit single “Thuggish Ruggish Bone”. In 1995, the group released its second album E. 1999 Eternal, which included hits “1st of tha Month” and “East 1999”. Their hit song “Tha Crossroads”, a tribute to then-recently deceased Eazy-E, won a Grammy Award in 1997.
