DJ Muggs & Jay Worthy Drop “Check In” Official Music Video & Announce New Collaborative Album Dropping This Fall

Last week, DJ Muggs & Jay Worthy dropped the official music video for “Check In”, directed by Muggs & David Sakolsky.

DJ Muggs is readying the release of the Soul Assassins 3 album which is set to also feature Houston hip-hop icon Scarface and Freddie Gibbs (“Street Made”), Method Man of the iconic hip-hop Wu-Tang Clan and the legendary Slick Rick (“Metropolis”) among others. The first chapter in the Soul Assassins series was released in 1997 with features from Dr. Dre, Goodie Mob, Mobb Deep, Infamous Mobb, B-Real, MC Eiht, RZA and GZA.

In addition to the “Check In” music video release, DJ Muggs also announced via social media that he and Jay Worthy will also be dropping an as-of-yet-untitled collaborative album on November 11th.

DJ Muggs has also released a vast amount of collaborative projects including the recently released Bang EP with Cappadonna, Gold with Rigz, Winter 2 with Roc Marciano, Meyhem Lauren, and T.F., Cartagena and Medallo with Crimeapple, “Mile Zero” with Yelawolf, Death & The Magician with Rome Streetz, and American Cheese with Hologram to name a few.

Muggs & Crimeapple are dropping their third collaborative project, Sin Cortar, an all-Spanish album releasing on October 7th, and have a new single dropping soon called “Lucas Y Monica”.
